YOU AND I POSSESS WITHIN OURSELVES, AT EVERY MOMENT, UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE POWER TO TRANSFORM THE QUALITY OF OUR LIVES. - Werner Erhard
Responsibility begins with the willingness to be cause in the matter of one's life. Ultimately, it is a context from which one chooses to live. Responsibility is not burden, fault, praise, blame, credit, shame or guilt. In responsibility, there is no evaluation of good or bad, right or wrong. There is simply what's so, and your stand.
Being responsible starts with the willingness to deal with a situation from the view of life that you are the generator of what you do, what you have and what you are. That is not the truth. It is a place to stand. No one can make you responsible, nor can you impose responsibility on another. It is a grace you give yourself - an empowering context that leaves you with a say in the matter of life. -Werner Erhard
I claim, affirm, am grateful and am the stand, that I am the playwright of my life. That means I get to be happy, fulfilled, successful, healthy, powerful, sad, cheated, downtrodden, weak or enslaved because I say so. Not the time of day, the time of history nor the timing of someone else. Not the chaos nor order I may find myself in or am creating. Not the opinions of others. Not the emotions of others. Not the evidence of others or something outside myself. Not the props I accumulate, the sets or costumes or even the audience I act in front of, if any.
It is the Divine Spark of Creation I carry inside myself that gets to vote, that gets to produce, that gets to manifest, that gets to bring forth, that gets to destroy, change, transform, transmute, keep and let go of, all the components of this thing I call me and my life ..... and the world around me.
And when I honor and recoginize and embrace the Divine Spark of Creation in YOU there is NO SEPARATION anymore.
The Pain from the Illusion of Separation from the Divine is healed.
When the pain is lifted, saddness no longer exists. When the saddness is gone, fear of being separated disappears. When the fear evaporates, the roots of anger vanish,
and then,
all there is,
is PEACE.
When we experience the UNITY we carry within each separate body,
WE
ARE
ONE.
I invite you and challenge you to rewrite the passages in your Life's Play that don't serve you or others and ask you to pass the invitation and challenge along to the others in the company of actors you perform your life with.
My experience of what I am asking is that it is simple but not neccessarily easy. AND I am willing to rewrite that one, also!
May the Understanding Which Brings the Peace Which Passes All Understanding be
Namaste'.
